Client Profile Overview

The Client Profile is where you will manage an individual lead. On this page, you have the ability to:
- Add Notes
Add and read notes in the History Feed to keep yourself and your team up to date on your potential sale.
- Add Tags
Tag your leads to help identify your leads such as events attended or club interests. Tags will also assist you in filtering your leads on the People tab and when filtering certain reports.
- Add/View Referrals
When a person refers a friend, use this to add the new referrals to this person's account for tracking purposes. Once added, the primary member and their referrals will be linked. You will be able to who your members have referred on their profile. And on the new lead's profile, you'll be able to see who they were referred by.
- Assign Salesperson
Assign a Salesperson to your lead for reporting purposes and for Automated Items that send messages. This will ensure that your automated messages appear to be sent from the assigned salesperson and will also autofill Salesperson merge fields if used in the message. The Calendar and the Today tabs can also be filtered by Salesperson in order to get a focused view on the tasks and appointments assigned to each team member.
- Create Task Items
Use the 'Add Call' or 'Add ToDo' buttons to schedule future tasks for yourself or your team to complete at a later time, or use these buttons to log activities as they are completed.
- Book Appointments
Add a Walk-in appointment or schedule a Booked Tour using the 'Add Event' button. This will put an event on the Calendar as well as in the Activity feed on the Client profile, and an outcome will need to be logged.
- Complete Appointments/Task Items
Find your Appointments/Tasks in the Activity portion of the screen to complete with an outcome. Use the blue dropdown arrow to the right, or simply click in the open checkbox to log an outcome.
- Edit the Lead's Contact Information
Use the 'Edit' button on the top right-hand side of the screen to edit the lead's details (Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, Contact Method, Marketing Source, etc..)
- Send an Email, Send a Text Message, Add a Call, 'Dial' a Client, View the Signed Liability Waiver, and Get Directions to a Lead's Address
All these items can be performed from within the green box of the lead's profile. Keep in mind that the 'Dial' option will only be available if you have the premium calling feature enabled.
- View and Update Lead Status
Change your Lead's Status to track them as they move through the sales funnel (Enquiry, Tour, Trial, Sale, Not Interested)
- View History
The 'History' feed on the profile shows all notes and activities completed for this person: appointments, status changes, email, SMS, tasks and calls, and other changes to the lead's record.
