What Is The Today Tab
The Today tab is where can manage all of your tasks and appointments in one central location. You'll spend the majority of your time in GymSales from the Today tab since your daily tasks and appointments are organized here. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view appointments. Below is a breakdown of all the functions in this dashboard.
- You can see the number of uncompleted tasks for the given time frame. Click on the tabs to view the tasks below. If there is no number next to the time frame, it means there are no uncompleted tasks.
- When looking at one of the time frames, you can see a breakdown of how many uncompleted tasks there are for each lead status.
- Filter your tasks items by the lead's tags.
- Filter tasks by salesperson. When this is left blank, you can see the tasks for the entire company.
- Click on this box to complete a task item. When the task is complete, a check mark will appear.
- General information about the lead to help you complete the task item. If you need detailed information, click on the lead's name to view their entire profile. You can also complete the task item from the activity section of the Client Profile page.
- Bring your cursor over this area and a blue triangle will appear. When click on the blue triangle, a dropdown menu will appear with options to modify this specific task.
- Displays uncompleted appointments.
- Tick box to complete the appointment.
- Bring your cursor over this area and a blue triangle will appear. When click on the blue triangle, a dropdown menu will appear with options to modify this specific appointment.
- Displays all of your appointments for today.
- Displays all of your appointments for tomorrow.
- Brings you to the Calendar.
