Edit/Manage Calls

Overview

Calls allow you to capture details around your calls with your leads, note the outcome of the call, and create a follow-up action such as booking a tour. 

There are two ways you can manage your calls within GymSales. 

Client Profile

The Client Profile is specific to a single lead

1. The Client Profile is specific to a single lead. Look for the Call or Add Call features within the profile to log the details or schedule one for a later date. 

 2. Click on the option to bring up the call Summary Call box.

  3. Complete the fields relevant to your call just completed or schedule a call for yourself or staff to follow up with the lead.

Today Tab

The Today tab allows you to manage your Calls and ToDo's for all leads and can be sorted by Salesperson to further narrow your lead list. 

1. Click on the square next to the Call to bring up the Summary Call

2. Once the option appears, complete the fields relevant to your call just completed or schedule a call for yourself or staff to follow up with the lead.
