User Statistics Report

We understand business owners may desire insight into the usage of the GymSales product by their staff. For example, you may be wondering when your staff have last logged in or what activity they have completed?

GymSales now offers a "User Statistics" report which will provide detailed information on:

1. When a staff member last logged into GymSales ("Last Seen At")
2. How many people have been created 
3. How many people have been deleted 
4. How many notes have been added 
5. How many tasks have been added 
6. How many calls have been created 
7. How many appointments have been created 
8. How many SMS have been sent 
9. How many Emails have been sent

Step 1: Access Reports > More > User Statistics

Apply your date filter:

By default, if you will only see Salespeople at the site you are currently logged in at:

If you have access to multiple sites we also have a "Multi-Site" option which can be adjusted via the "Single Club" button on the top right-hand side of the report:

This will then display all of your available clubs:

Which can then be expanded to show each salesperson at each location:

This report can also be downloaded to XLSX if required:

Did you also know that you can schedule this report to be sent to your email inbox periodically?

Step 1: Access Company Settings:

Step 2: Access "Scheduler" > "Add Report Email":

Step 3: Nominate the "User Statistics Report" and then nominate if you want a "Single Site" or "Multi-Site" version of your report:
