How Do I Cancel A Bulk Email or SMS Campaign
Overview
Bulk Campaigns are an incredibly useful tool within GymSales that can be utilized to simultaneously send a message to all or a filtered group of leads. The need may arise from time to time to delete the scheduled campaign before it is sent. Below are the steps on how this can be accomplished.
The Steps
1. Go to the Reports tab.
2. Click More to view the dropdown menu.
3. Select either the Bulk SMS or Bulk E-mail report depending on the campaign you are attempting to cancel.
4. Click on the campaign you want to cancel.
5. A button will appear. Click Cancel campaign.
6. Click Ok.
7. Once the campaign is canceled, there will be a count of zero in the waiting column. (Please keep in mind that the cancellation could take a few minutes depending on the campaign size)
