Secondary Sales Status Options
Secondary Sale status options can be selected in the following areas:
The available status options are dependent on whether the Alternate 1 Workflow is enabled for the Secondary Sale type.
- If the Alternate 1 Workflow is enabled, the additional Offered and Attended (No Sale) status options are included. As a result, the following status options can be selected.
Potential > Offered > Booked > Attended > Attended (No Sale) > Sale - If the Default Workflow is enabled, the Offered and Attended (No Sale) status options will not be included. Therefore, only the following status options can be selected.
Potential > Booked > Attended > Sale
Examples of the status options for the Alternate 1 and Default Workflows are provided below for each area. In these examples, the Alternate 1 workflow has been applied to the Advanced PT Secondary Sale Type; the Personal Training Secondary Sale Type is using the Default Workflow.
