Using the Enhanced Email Editor

Sending email messages is now easier than ever with the enhanced email editor! Whether you're creating a template or writing a customized message, you can quickly choose a layout, format your text, add images, and more!

Note: To enable the Enhanced Email Editor, please contact GymSales Support. 

We replaced the toolbar with the following tabs: Rows, Content, and Settings. You can select the desired tab and then drag-and-drop the components into your message.

Rows Tab

The Rows tab allows you to select various layouts for your message.

Content Tab

The Content tab allows you to add text, images, social media, etc. You can also select the HTML component, and then copy and paste the HTML into your message.

After you drag a component to your message, you can then access its specific editing tools. The following is an example of the image editor.

Settings Tab

From the Settings tab you can add a background, set the message width, and set a default font.
