Contact Method is the channel the lead/prospect/person used to first contact you such as a walk-in, phone-in, or internet, in other words how did they physically reach out to you. The contact method is fixed across all GymSales customers. The options are:

• Phone-in
• Walk-in
• Internet
• Guest Visit
• Outreach
• Corporate
• Ex Member
• Renewal
• Other

You may want to track contact methods because your team might be great at converting Internet leads, but not so good at Phone leads. Therefore it allows you to focus coaching and training in the right places.
