Incoming Email Indicator

The email icon alerts you with the number of incoming email messages. Click this icon to display a list of email messages sorted by the oldest on top.

Read Email

To read the email, click the lead's name. 

This will bring you to the lead's Client Profile page. Scroll down to the History section to read the incoming message.

To clear a message from this list, bring your cursor over the lead's name and the down arrow will appear in the upper-right corner of the highlighted message. Click the down arrow and the Mark as read button will be displayed. Click Mark as read to clear the message.

Duplicate Inbound Leads

The Duplicate Inbound Lead message indicates that the lead information already exists in GymSales.

To clear the Duplicate Inbound Lead message from this list: hover over the message, click the down arrow, and then click the Mark as read button.
