New Incoming Lead Indicator

This icon alerts you with the number of new incoming leads. Clicking on this icon will display a list of leads, starting with the oldest on top. 

To remove a lead from this list, you must perform one of the following actions for each individual lead:

  1. Make a phone call to the lead (click Call or Add Call to log a call).
  2. Manually send an SMS Message or an Email to the lead*
  3. Receive a reply from the lead to an SMS Message
  4. Receive a reply from the lead to an Email
  5. Book an appointment for the lead
  6. Change the lead's Status from Enquiry to something else

*Automated SMS Messages and Emails (configured in your Company Settings as Automated Items) will not clear the new lead indicator. However, if a lead replies to an Automated message, this will clear the indicator

The requirement to perform one of the actions above prevents any leads from slipping through the cracks.

The lead notification icon will disappear if there are no new leads
