Incoming Text Message (SMS) Indicator

This icon alerts you with the number of incoming text messages. Clicking on this icon will display a list of text messages sorted by the oldest on top. You can read the text message and click on the lead's name to navigate to their Client Profile. 

This will bring you to the lead's Client Profile page. Scroll down to the History feed, where you can also read the incoming message, along with all other messages exchanged. See the History feed on the Client Profile to read the entire conversation history with the lead.

To clear a message from the incoming SMS list, bring your cursor over the leads name and a small triangle will appear on the upper right of the highlighted message. Click on the triangle and "Mark as read" will pop up. Click "Mark as read" to clear the message. When there are no more unread SMS messages, the notification icon will disappear until another incoming SMS is received.
