Not Interested Report Overview
This report displays leads that were created during a given date range that have since been moved to a "Not Interested" status. The "Reason" that was given at the time these leads were marked as Not Interested can be viewed in an aggregate bar chart as well as for each individual person whose data is reflected in the report. The entire report (the summary bar chart, summary table, and the detailed table data) groups leads not by what date they were moved to a "Not Interested" Status, but instead by their created date--in other words, the date of their initial inquiry or the date on which the record was created.
The following sections provide detailed information about each area of the Not Interested report.
Filter Options
By default, your data will be grouped by Contact Method. Select Filter to revise the date range and to change the Report Type to Source.
All filter options are listed below.
Option | Description |
Date from | Start date for date range: created date during which the leads which are now "Not Interested" status were originally created. |
Date into | End date for date range: created date during which the leads which are now "Not Interested" status were originally created. |
Report Type | Groups the report data by Contact Method or Source of the lead. |
Tags | Displays only report data related to leads that have a particular Tag applied to their Client Profile; all others excluded. Multi-selection supported. |
An example of the Not Interested report filter is shown below.
Bar Chart
The legend on the right lists all available Reasons. When viewing the report, you can click these to filter down to only show leads which were marked as Not Interested for that reason, and here you can select one or multiple at a time to focus your view.
Table 1: Summary Data
In the following example, the report was filtered by the "Source" Report Type.
Column Definitions
Each column in the first table is defined below.
Option | Description |
Contact Method | The Contact Method of the people that were marked "Not Interested" for each Reason. The same Contact Method can be listed and tracked in multiple rows, one row for each unique Reason. This is static in the report--if you change the Contact Method or Source of the person later on, the report will not update--it will continue to track Not Interested losses by Contact Method and Source, based on the original data present when these profiles were originally created. |
Source | First and last name of the person associated with the message. Hyperlinked to their Client Profile. |
Loss reason | The "Reason" that was set by the user when moving the lead to a "Not Interested" status. |
Number of losses | The total number of people who were marked as Not Interested for that Reason for the Contact Method. |
Total number of closed deals from the source | The total number of people who were marked as Not Interested from that Contact Method or Source ('closed' here means 'closed-lost', Not Interested). |
% lost | This is a percent calculation: of the people who were marked Not Interested for that Contact Method/Source, what percent were marked Not interested for that Reason; (% lost = Number of Losses / Total number of closed deals from the source). |
Table 2: Detailed Data
This table shows the details of the individual people that were created during the given date range who have since been marked "Not Interested" (their current Lead Status is "Not Interested"). The date attribution of this chart is based on the created date of the lead, not on the date on which they were marked Not Interested.
In the following example, the report was filtered by the "Source" Report Type.
Column Definitions
Each column in the second table is defined below.
Option | Description |
Name | The first and last name of the person. Hyperlinked to the Client Profile for that person. |
Source | The Contact Method (first) and Source (Second) of the person. This is not static; if you navigate to the person's profile and update their Contact Method or Marketing Source, this table data in the report will update accordingly. |
Time to first contact attempt | The amount of time that has elapsed between the creation of the lead and the first phone call attempt. SMS and Email sent to the lead are not attributed here; only attempted phone calls (with any outcome) are counted here. Time displayed in minutes or hours. |
Calls Attempted | The total number of Call attempts made (calls with any outcome). |
Spoke to | The total number of Call attempts made where the outcome of the call was "Spoke to." |
SMS | The total number of SMS sent to and received from the person. |
The total number of Emails sent to and received from the person. | |
Appointments Booked | The total number of Appointments booked for the person. Includes Events with "Type" = 'Booked Tour' OR 'Walk-in.' |
Appointments Attended | The total number of Appointments booked for the person with an Outcome set for the Event (the Event is "Completed"). Includes Events with "Type" = 'Booked Tour', 'Walk-in', 'Appointment Buy-back', or 'Walk-in Buy-back.' |
Not Interested Reason | The "Reason" that was set by the user when moving the lead to a "Not Interested" status. |
