How Do I Read Text Messages

You can view the both the sent and received messages from the history section of the lead's Client Profile page. New incoming text messages will notify you through the incoming text (SMS) indicator.

1. Go to the lead's Client Profile page. 

2. Scroll down to the History section to read all messages between the salesperson and lead.

Viewing the text message (SMS) in a separate window

1. Bring your cursor over the text message and a small blue triangle icon will appear.

2. Click on the small blue triangle and select show.

3. A window will pop up with the full message.
