Restore User Account

GymSales account users with user permissions of a Regional Manager or Club Manager has the ability to restore user accounts. Deleted accounts can be restored along with the historical data associated with the Salesperson.

1. Click User MenuCompany Settings.

2. Click Users.

3. Click on the arrow icon displayed on the row of the user to restore.


Note

If a user is assigned to leads, GymSales will prompt you to reassign the leads to another salesperson or unallocate.
