Manage Access to Multiple Locations/GymSales Accounts

Overview

It just got easier to manage your users! GymSales now offers a simple solution to either add/remove your new or existing users from multiple locations.

* Please note that you can only manage access to locations that you have access to. 

New Users

1. Navigate to the drop-down menu on the top right-hand side of the screen and select Company Settings.

2. Select Users from the right-hand menu and then Add New User

3. Enter your new users information and role level

4. Select Site Access and then Add Site

5. A list of locations you can grant access to will populate. Click the + to the right of the location(s) to include this in your new user's permissions. 

6. Select Save to complete the changes made. 

Existing User

1. Navigate to the drop-down menu on the top right-hand side of the screen and select Company Settings.

2. Select Users from the right-hand menu, find and click on the user needing access to Edit User

3. Select Site Access and then Add Site

4. A list of locations you can grant access to will populate. Click the + to the right of the location(s) to include this in your new user's permissions. 

5. Select Save to complete the changes made. 

Remove Access to location(s)

1. Navigate to the drop-down menu on the top right-hand side of the screen and select Company Settings.

2. Select Users from the right-hand menu, find and click on the Delete icon to the right of the user's name

3. You can now Select All to delete the user out of GymSales or Select None to manually check off each location the user should be removed from before completing these actions

4. Once selected, locations will also indicate if the user has assigned leads or not. Those locations with leads assigned will ask you if you would like to reassign the leads to another existing salesperson. If no salesperson is selected, the leads will be unallocated (no salesperson assigned), then click Save to complete the deletion.
