Next Call

Overview

The Next Call tab shows prospects who have the potential to slip through the cracks. These prospects meet the following criteria:

  • They are in the Enquiry, Tour or Trial stage only
  • They do not have a future call or appointment setup

GymSales Tips
Focus on keeping this list clear. If you have prospects who are active leads, setup a future follow up call. If you have leads who are no longer an active lead, update their lead status to 'Not Interested'.

 

1. Click Next Call tab.

 

2. Select a prospect's name.



3. Click View Profile and Take Action
